Simon Fragakis

From Atlanta, Georgia, Simon graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.S. in Psychology, B.A. in Economics, and a minor in history.

Currently, he is pursuing a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling at Georgia State University, where he is planning to specialize in dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and biofeedback. In addition, Simon has extensive athletic experience reaching the Georgia high school varsity soccer championship two times while acting as captain and won a Georgia State Championship as a club player. He has also earned a first degree black belt in American Karate.

Along with his interest in personal training, Simon aims to use cognitive approaches to help athletes accomplish and surpass their mental and physical goals.
